Exchanges:
Exchanges may be possible if the garment does not fit. Unfortunately the postage will be paid by the buyer in these circumstances. Returning tracked postage with royal mail £4 and again to return the correct size another £4. So a total of £8.
If the item received is damaged or defective. The return must be raised within 48 hours of receipt and the item returned in original packaging. In this case the postage will be refunded once the item has arrived back at the studio.


We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). 
We aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but this is not guaranteed. Please understand that once your order has left the studio it is out of our control and therefore we cannot claim responsibility of delayed or late packages via postal services. 
 

I have been charged to receive my parcel?
Post Brexit some packages ordered from overseas may incur an import fee which is imposed by the recipient country postal service, this varies on location but can be as much as 20%. Please be aware that this is the case when purchasing items and that it will be the buyers responsibility to fulfil this fee. Somersetbrush cannot be held responsible for import fees from other countries.
